The Core Facility was founded in 1996 with the goal of giving investigators access to a broad spectrum of technologies that are useful in answering research questions in such diverse areas as molecular biology, cell biology and immunology. 	Flow Cytometry and Cell Sorting The Core Facility operates an 8 color  MoFlo high speed cell sorter  from BeckmanCoulter
	Confocal Microscopy The Core Facility runs a 5 laser Leica SP2 AOBS spectral confocal microscope
	High Content Screening   Also known as imaging cytometry, slide based cytometry, and automated microscopy Olympus Scan^R Screening Station
	Quantitative PCR For real-time quantitative PCR analysis, we have a plate-based Roche LightCycler 480
