Digital PCR

Lighthouse has a 6-color Stilla Naica Crystal Digital PCR (dPCR) system.

dPCR is the method of choice for absolute quantification, to detect small numbers of molecules, or to detect small differences between samples (+/- 10%). There are also many other applications.

Quantitative Real-Time PCR

Lighthouse has two Roche LightCycler 480 (LC480) machines available for QPCR analysis.

They are both equipped with 384-well (default) and 96-well blocks.

Formulatrix Mantis Low Volume Liquid Dispenser

The Mantis is easy to use and can fit under a cell culture hood if needed, making it not only useful for pipetting 384-well plates for QPCR reactions but also for large dilution series and treatment combinations in multiwell plates.

Offline Analysis

Lighthouse has analysis workstations with offline versions of various software which you are welcome to use
